REFUNDS AND RETURN POLICIES

 

I offer a 3 business day 100% satisfaction and a partial money-back guarantee on all purchases. You must have the returned item postmarked, proving the shipment date, before 3 business days are through, for this offer to remain valid. You must return the item in its original condition, in its original ring box and with all its documents. You must contact me before shipping a return and follow my instructions carefully. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back and assume all responsibility for damaged or lost items during transit.

Refunds will be given back through Paypal provided these guidelines are followed. Refunds will be given minus original shipping cost and minus 30% for restocking and recouping costs.  If the item is returned without its original box and documents there will be a $15 charge.

 

 

WARRANTY POLICY

 

For my CANADIAN customers

 I offer a ONE YEAR WARRANTY on all loss of accent stones. This warranty can be extended year by year for your lifetime, if before the previous year expires, you bring in your ring for inspection and abide by the recommendations given to keep your ring in tip top shape, as determined by me the inspector. If you need to claim warranty, you will be initially responsible for the cost of shipping the item to me and I will reimburse you, providing you follow my shipping instructions carefully. I do not assume responsibility for lost, damaged, or stolen items in transit. You must contact me for proper shipping instructions to avoid hassles and hold ups. I will repair it free of charge and send it right back to you, free of charge.

 There is no warranty for centre stones. If you want your centre stone insured against loss or damage, you can insure it through your Homeowner's Insurance Policy, or purchase a separate Jewellery Insurance Policy. All my rings come with an in-house appraisal, but if a 3rd party appraisal is wanted, I will be glad to provide you with one before I ship the item. There will be an additional cost for this, as I would have to pay for the 3rd party’s services.

If you have your own centre stone, and it is set by a different jeweller, this warranty is automatically voided as we cannot guarantee our product after it has been modified in ANY way by another jeweller. If you have another jeweller work on the piece (including sizing) you also void the warranty. I cannot be responsible for any damage done to the ring by another jeweller.

 


For my USA and OVERSEAS customers

 I offer a 6 MONTH WARRANTY on all loss of accent stones. Because of the higher risk in the shipment of your ring, should you lose an accent stone, I won't have you send the item back to me. Instead, you will send me pictures of the problem at which time I will determine the fair cost in US Dollars that should be refunded to you for the repair. This amount will be refunded in US Dollars to you through Paypal with which you can use to take your item to a local jeweler of your choice for repair. You will be responsible for the difference in currencies or price, should there be one.

 There is no warranty for centre stones.  If you wish to supply your own materials (i.e. metals or stones) and have me incorporate them into a design, you, the customer, will assume full responsibility for the cost of shipping to me, and take the risk of any damage or loss incurred while shipping, handling or even any damage while manufacturing/setting the materials into the design. I am free of any liability should the supplied items be damaged in any way during the whole manufacturing process.
